What can yoga do for you?
i believe that each one of us has a unique and personal experience when practicing yoga. My love for this practice is always reinforced by the feedback that students may share with me after class. listening to my students will always create a moment of gratitude. yoga, for me, is all about growth and gratitude, strength, movement, joy… and releasing “our own private idaho!” I have been teaching power vinyasa flow for over 10 years and my move Back to Boston (after many years!) has allowed me to open more doors to sharing this practice. My love for dance and music play a role in my teachings. my classes are rhythmic, breathe focused, and allow the student personal space to create their own experience. I hold respect for the alignment in postures and creative sequencing, while challenging the student to find something new! come and practice with me in the city that I am so happy to once again call home.
